Keith Bice serves as a Partnership Board Member, focusing his practice on business and real estate debt, equity and acquisition deals. In his role as co-chair, Keith leads the group's attorneys in continually anticipating the needs of each business client and preparing a course of action to help each client meet those needs. Keith also works to attract, train and develop talented attorneys, as well as to broaden the firm's business client base.
For over a decade Keith has served as counsel to both businesses and lending institutions with a focus on understanding and advancing not only the legal issues involved in a transaction, but also understanding the client's true goals and objectives and on getting deals done. He works closely with his clients in order to have a strong understanding of their business needs and draws on his depth of experience to propose methods to achieve the client's business goals. He and his team at Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP provide the legal resources needed to achieve those goals.
Keith is active in the Business Law section of the American, Indiana and Indianapolis Bar Associations. He serves on the board of directors of the Circle Area Community Development Corporation, a position appointed by the mayor of Indianapolis, and is a past president of the St. Luke Catholic School Commission.
