Biography

Ms. Wilson is a litigation attorney with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell PLC, practicing in the firm’s Jackson and Martin offices. She joined the firm in 2000 and concentrates her practice on Litigation – Insurance and Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants. Her work includes defending insureds and insurance companies in matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability. A substantial portion of her practice also involves first-party insurance claims and coverage disputes, including matters involving suspected fraudulent claims and Examinations Under Oath, for insurance company clients throughout Tennessee and the Southeast. In addition, Ms. Wilson represents local and statewide businesses in commercial litigation.

Ms. Wilson regularly represents clients in courts across Tennessee, including general sessions, circuit, and appellate courts. She has tried more than 16 jury trials in over 10 counties, ranging from rural jurisdictions to metropolitan venues. Her litigation experience also includes pre-suit case evaluations, liability and settlement assessments, and strategic analysis of claims from initial investigation through trial. This comprehensive approach allows her to assist clients at each stage of the litigation process.

Keely Wilson is listed by the Tennessee Supreme Court as a Rule 31 General Civil Mediator. Drawing on more than two decades of litigation experience in state and federal courts throughout Tennessee, she brings practical insight and a balanced perspective to the mediation process.
