Keely E. Duke

Keely Duke is one of Idaho’s premier litigation and trial attorneys.

For over two decades, she has dedicated her career to defending health systems, companies, employers, and individuals in complex business litigation and in medical malpractice, legal malpractice, dental malpractice, employment, skilled nursing defense, insurance bad faith, and product liability/medical device litigation. She has tried several cases to successful verdicts for her clients in both state and federal court, which included medical, legal, skilled nursing facility, and dental malpractice cases, employment cases, complex commercial litigation cases, an insurance bad faith case, and a medical device case.

Keely has handled numerous appeals before the Idaho Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has also served as an arbitrator in a wrongful death case.
