Katie Roddy is a real estate partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

She advises private equity funds, REITs, institutional capital sources, hospitality companies, developers and retail operators, among others, on their investments across all commercial real estate asset classes.

Her practice focuses on complex real estate transactions including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions as well as financing, development, and management of real estate assets.
