Kathryn (“Kate”) Conway joined Power Rogers LLP in 2011 and represents individuals and families in serious injury and wrongful death matters. Based in Chicago, Illinois, she focuses her practice on Medical Malpractice Law - Plaintiffs and Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs. Her work includes cases involving medical negligence, automobile and trucking collisions, premises liability, and defective products.
As a trial lawyer, Kate works closely with clients throughout every stage of the litigation process, from investigation and case development through trial or resolution. She has experience handling complex claims involving significant injuries and fatalities, including matters arising from surgical and cardiac procedures, transportation incidents, and unsafe property conditions.
Kate has helped obtain substantial recoveries for injured clients and their families. Recent matters include a $6.45 million recovery in a medical malpractice case involving a cardiac procedure, a $3.85 million settlement in a negligence and premises liability case, and a $1.95 million settlement in an automobile–pedestrian collision.
Through her practice with Power Rogers LLP, Kate advocates for individuals throughout Chicago and across Illinois who have been harmed by negligence, working to secure accountability and financial recovery for the losses they have experienced.
