Medical malpractice case against an obstetrician for birth injuries. The jury awarded $58.6 million to the plaintiffs, the highest medical malpractice verdict in Connecticut
- Lathan v. Bridgeport Hospital
Medical malpractice case against Bridgeport Hospital for an overdose of Lovenox, an anticoagulant medication. The jury awarded $9.3 million to the plaintiff.
- Curran v. Kroll
A medical malpractice case against an internist. The judge directed a verdict against the plaintiff at trial.
