Katherine S. Melnychuk

Katherine is a partner practicing in the McKercher LLP Regina office and a member of the Health Law Practice Group, Insurance Defence Practice Group, and Labour and Employment Practice Group.

Her practice focuses on health law, professional regulation, labour and employment law, and insurance defence. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Regina Bar Association.

Katherine was invited to join the partnership in 2021. She has represented clients at all levels of the Saskatchewan courts, the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board, the Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench, the Federal Court of Canada, and various administrative tribunals.
