Katherine Cooperman

Katie develops sophisticated wealth transfer and legacy planning solutions for high net worth individuals and businesses.

She helps clients implement their philanthropic goals and advises charities and other nonprofit entities concerning federal tax issues. Katie takes the time to understand each client's short- and long-term goals and leverages her extensive tax background to create and implement strategies that serve her clients’ needs.

Katie typically represents individuals, trusts, closely-held businesses, tax-exempt, and nonprofit entities.

Before joining Holland & Hart, Katie earned her LL.M in Taxation at Northwestern University and practiced for six years in the real estate group at Hogan Lovells and Sidley Austin.
