Kateri-Anne Grenier has leading expertise in the areas of commercial litigation, more specifically contracts, construction contracts and liability.

Kateri-Anne also has in-depth knowledge of issues related to access to information (federal and provincial law), privacy law and the protection of personal information. She has assisted clients in responding to multi-jurisdictional data breaches involving personal information and employee personal information, including: review of disclosure obligations, internal and external communications strategies, reporting to regulators and affected individuals, and the conduct of investigations and implementation of recommendations.
