My focusI focus my practice on transactions that include complex tax credit financing. I assist clients through real estate transactions using new markets tax credit (NMTC) and low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) financing. I represent investors throughout the transaction and compliance period, ensuring their interests in these tax credits are protected. I also assist clients through an unwinding of the original real estate deal after all tax credits have been utilized.
