Attorney Kate Feroleto is a Buffalo, New York personal injury attorney with Feroleto Law PLLC. She represents individuals and families in serious injury and wrongful death matters, including truck accidents, catastrophic injuries, and other Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs cases. Kate is known for her preparation in the courtroom, her client-focused approach, and her commitment to helping injured people pursue accountability after life-changing accidents.
Kate is the immediate Past President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Western Region Affiliate and as a Dean of the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute. She is also a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and serves as co-chair of the organization’s women’s caucus.
Earlier in her legal career, Kate worked with defense firms representing insurance companies. That background gives her insight into how insurers evaluate, defend, and attempt to limit personal injury claims. She now applies that experience while advocating for injured clients throughout Buffalo and Western New York.

Kate understands that the legal process can feel overwhelming after a serious accident, and she works closely with clients to keep them informed and supported from start to finish.
Kate earned her law degree from SUNY Buffalo Law School and is also a graduate of Canisius College and the Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart. She remains active in the Buffalo community and established a scholarship fund at Sacred Heart in honor of her graduating class. In 2023, she was invited to serve as the school’s commencement speaker.
She has also presented at legal education programs and conferences for attorneys across New York and throughout the country on topics related to personal injury litigation and trial practice.
Outside of her legal practice, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. She enjoys traveling, skiing, swimming, and participating in family sports activities.
