Kate Amirault is a partner practicing in the firm’s Toronto office.

Kate advises clients in all areas of income tax law, including corporate reorganizations and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border structures and executive compensation.

Kate also practises in the areas of personal taxation, estate planning and trust taxation for individuals and families.

Prior to joining Thorsteinssons, Kate worked at a national law firm.
