Kasey L. Hoare is a partner in the litigation section at Spotts Fain PC in Richmond, Virginia. She represents businesses and employers in commercial litigation and labor and employment matters in Virginia state and federal courts. Her practice includes advising companies on workplace policies, employee misconduct investigations, dispute resolution, employment and separation agreements, and employee handbook revisions. She also represents employers in matters involving government agency investigations and employment-related claims.
Kasey’s practice focuses on helping corporate clients address legal and operational issues that arise in the workplace while supporting business objectives and compliance efforts. Her experience in Commercial Litigation and Litigation - Labor and Employment allows her to counsel clients through a broad range of business and employment disputes.
Before joining Spotts Fain PC, Kasey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Beverly W. Snukals of the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond, where she gained firsthand experience with litigation and trial court proceedings.
Kasey earned her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2017. During law school, she served as President of Richmond Women’s Law, Managing Editor of the Richmond Public Interest Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board, and a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society.
