An aggressive litigator, Karina Perez Ilić has diverse expertise in civil litigation, including premises liability, Tampa motor vehicle accidents, and catastrophic workplace accidents. She is not afraid to be a fierce advocate for clients who have been wronged or injured.
A Florida native, she ventured to New Orleans to receive her bachelor’s degree in business law with a minor in French language at Tulane University. She continued her legal education in New Orleans, graduating from Loyola University in 2010 cum laude.
Attorney Karina Perez Ilić is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is also a Certified Continuing Education Instructor in the State of Florida.
Attorney Ilić is an active leader within the legal community and currently serves as President-Elect of the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association (TBTLA) for the 2026 board year. She is also an active member of the Florida Justice Association. In 2022, Attorney Ilić was selected by The National Trial Lawyers for inclusion in its Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Attorneys. As lead trial counsel, she secured one of Florida's Top 100 Jury Verdicts for 2021.
In addition to these accomplishments, Attorney Ilić has been recognized by numerous independent organizations. She has been named both a Super Lawyers Rising Star and a Super Lawyer, recognized in Best Lawyers in America, selected as Best of the Bar, honored by Lawyers of Distinction, and awarded Martindale-Hubbell's prestigious AV Preeminent Rating for the highest level of professional excellence, legal ability, and ethical standards.
