Karin Riley Porter

After graduating from Penn State and receiving her law degree, with honors, from George Mason University School of Law, Karin Riley Porter has had years of experience in the law in a wide range of cases, including DUIs and violent felonies. Before launching Karin Riley Porter Attorney at Law, Ms. Porter served as prosecutor, ultimately providing her with a different perspective of the legal system which she can use when building a defense. Ms. Porter’s extensive knowledge and training in various parts of the law sets her apart from many other defense attorneys. Karin Riley Porter has been recognized for her achievements as an attorney, being named by the National Association of Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers. Additionally, she is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is a member of the National College for DUI Defense. Karin Riley Porter is a member of the State Bar of Virginia and is federally barred in the Eastern District of Virginia. Ms. Porter is dedicated to providing a strong representation with a comprehensive focus to every case she defends.
