Ms. Dunlevey focuses her practice on employment litigation. She has successfully defended her clients in a wide variety of employment litigation matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, contract disputes, intentional torts, wage and hour disputes and enforcement of non-compete agreements. Ms. Dunlevey additionally advises her clients on litigation avoidance through the development and implementation of effective employment policies, procedures and contracts.
Ms. Dunlevey is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio. She has received numerous awards and honors and is listed in the 2013 and 2014 editions of Best Lawyers in America. She has additionally been certified as an Ohio State Bar Association Specialist in Labor and Employment Law.
Ms. Dunlevey received her J.D. from the University of Dayton, School of Law (1996) where she was a Loren M. Berry Scholar. She graduated magna cum laude from the Clarion University of Pennsylvania (1992) with a degree in finance.
