Kal’s legal practice further includes representing trustees, administrative agents, servicers, master servicers, trust administrators, collateral agents, hedge fund administrators, and other service providers in asset-backed and mortgage-backed transactions. Moreover, he has deep experience in restructuring and workouts involving asset-backed and mortgage-backed transactions as well as corporate bankruptcies. In addition to his legal practice, Kal is dedicated to professional development and community involvement.
