Biography

Kaley Duncan Ward is a senior associate attorney practicing in the areas of eminent domain, civil litigation, and estate planning. Ms. Ward primarily represents condemning authorities throughout the Northern Virginia area and is well-versed in Virginia eminent domain law and property valuation issues.

Since starting practice in 2018, Ms. Ward has assisted numerous clients through the estate planning process. She has also represented clients in multiple areas of civil litigation including contract disputes, personal injury, and domestic relations.

Ms. Ward received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech where she double majored in Psychology and Public Relations. She went on to earn her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology, Vice President of Richmond Women’s Law, and member of the Trial Advocacy Board. After law school, Ms. Ward served as law clerk to the Honorable Grace Burke Carroll of the Fairfax County Circuit Court.

Ms. Ward is an active member of the Fairfax Bar Association (FBA) and currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of the FBA Young Lawyers Section.
