Kaitlyn Sinclair

Katie Sinclair is a managing associate in Dentons Sirote's Real Estate practice in the Birmingham, Alabama office. She also has experience at Dentons Sirote as a summer associate and intern during her third year of law school.

Katie earned her JD from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law, where she was listed on the Dean's List for most semesters and received a Merit Scholarship. At Cumberland, she was an active member of the Moot Court Board, Women in Law, and the Alabama Student Bar Association. Additionally, Katie served as a Senior Associate Editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, Vol. 45, Associate Justice of Moot Court Board, and the Moot Court Board Director of the Donworth Competition, where she was also selected as the Runner-Up Finalist in the Spring of 2021.

Prior to law school, Katie attended Auburn University, where she earned her BA in English with minors in Business and Communications, graduating magna cum laude. During her undergraduate years, Katie was named to the Dean's List for five semesters and received the Spirit of Auburn Resident University Scholarship. She served as Campaign Manager of SGA, as the Vice President of Administration and Project Coordinator for IMPACT (a social services organization) and as a member of Chi Omega.
