Biography
Kaitlyn Flynn is a Partner in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud and Compliance, Investigations & White Collar practice groups. She focuses her practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters.
Kaitlyn is responsible for appearing in court on behalf of the firm’s insurance carrier clients, handling all aspects of litigation, with a primary focus on conducting oral arguments before the court on Motions for Summary Judgment. She also conducts Examinations Under Oath of medical providers and patients, where she identifies fraudulent billing practices, illegal ownership and control of medical professional corporations, and instances of staged accidents and material misrepresentation.
Serving as a Special Professor of Law at Hofstra University School of Law, Kaitlyn teaches trial advocacy skills to law students who compete in interscholastic mock trial competitions across the country. In 2016, she was the recipient of the Travis H.D. Lewin Best Coaches Award.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Kaitlyn served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office where she handled the prosecution of felony cases from inception to trial and sentencing, developing strong litigation skills.
