Kaitlyn B. Greene

Kaitlyn B. Greene is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Private Clients group. Kaitlyn focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, tax planning and estate and trust administration.

My focusI work with clients to develop custom estate plans that include drafting of wills, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies, revocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts and gifting trusts. Each plan is specifically tailored to meet the unique needs and desires of the individual or family. I also assist fiduciaries with estate and trust administration, which includes guiding clients and appointed representatives through the probate process.
