Jyotika S. Reddy

Jyotika practices in the area of banking and debt finance and regularly advises both borrowers and lenders, including Canadian chartered banks and other institutional lenders, in connection with the structuring and documentation of credit facilities, secured transactions and syndicated loan transactions, including real estate and construction finance, project and infrastructure finance, asset based lending and restructuring transactions.

Jyotika also has extensive experience in the area of commercial real estate, including the buying, selling, leasing, development and financing of real property, including shopping centers, hotels, office buildings and mixed use projects.
