Jutta C. Möller

Dr Möller has been a lawyer and partner at FPS since 1997 and is an expert in private construction, real estate, and public procurement law. She has extensive experience advising on large-scale projects—especially in healthcare, cultural, and municipal buildings—guiding clients from planning through to successful completion. Her focus includes contract drafting and negotiation, dispute avoidance, claim management, and legal enforcement. In public procurement, she supports contracting authorities with tender processes and advises bidders on national and EU-wide tenders, particularly in healthcare, IT, infrastructure, and security. Dr Möller is also a frequent speaker and author on public procurement and construction law topics. She is based in Düsseldorf.
