Justin T. Rusk comes to Janet Hoffman & Associates LLC from Reno, Nevada where he was a federal career clerk managing complex criminal and civil case dockets. Mr. Rusk brings his decade’s worth of unique experience and insight to the firm as an associate committed to providing the highest quality legal representation to persons and companies facing serious accusations. Mr. Rusk handles criminal and quasi-criminal proceedings in state and federal court as well as allegations of professional misconduct by administrative and regulatory agencies.

Mr. Rusk has a detailed knowledge of both the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and brings his talent to parallel criminal and civil proceedings. He has previously worked on a number of significant white collar criminal matters involving voter fraud, electioneering, complex wire fraud involving currency manipulation and trading, money laundering, and national security and international terrorism. Mr. Rusk previously held top secret clearance for cases involving national security.

Mr. Rusk is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Oregon and Nevada. He is a member of the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Federal Bar Association, Multnomah Bar Association, and a former member of the Bruce R. Thompson Inn of Court.
