Justin ( 송진원 ) is an Associate in Minden Gross LLP's Tax Group where his practice focuses on domestic and international corporate tax planning. He develops comprehensive tax strategies for high net worth succession and tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and corporate reorganizations. Justin is also experienced in providing advice on executive compensation structures.
Justin knows that the key to any successful business relationship is communication and understanding. With this in mind, he works hard to assess the legal issues of clients to help them land at successful solutions to their objectives.
In 2022, Justin completed the Chartered Professional Accountants' In-Depth Tax Program.
Prior to rejoining Minden Gross LLP, Justin practiced in the tax group of a leading international law firm.
