Justin advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, investments, joint ventures, corporate governance, and related corporate matters. He represents public and private companies and private equity clients in domestic and cross-border transactions across sectors, including the technology, renewable energy, manufacturing, digital media and entertainment, gaming, music, and information services industries.
