Justin Kenney is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including class actions.
He has successfully managed various phases of litigation, including developing pre-suit strategy, crafting complaints, taking discovery and depositions, and drafting and arguing motions. Some of Mr. Kenney’s achievements for his clients include:
- Obtaining a temporary injunction following a hotly-contested hearing in which Mr. Kenney delivered the opening statement and cross examined a key witness;

- Winning numerous dispositive motions on novel legal issues.
From 2022-2025, he was named one of “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch” – a national peer award that recognizes attorneys for outstanding professional excellence early in their careers.
Mr. Kenney’s passion for the courtroom began at Harvard Law School, where he represented indigent defendants in state court criminal matters and successfully litigated a pro bono lawsuit under the Americans with Disabilities Act. He was also an award-winning member of the Harvard Law School Mock Trial Team. After graduation, he clerked first with the Honorable Justice Lenk of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and then the Honorable Judge Mark L.
