Justin Fleischacker

Justin Fleischacker is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property matters in the fields of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

Mr. Fleischacker received his J.D., cum laude, with a concentration in intellectual property from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2018, where he served as an Articles Editor of the Cardozo Law Review. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Connecticut in 2015. Mr. Fleischacker is admitted to practice law in New York.
