- Julio has a large experiencie as a lawyer advising medium and big size companies and entities dependent on public administration in the labour and social security areas.
- He has participated in numerous collective bargaining agreements and collective dismissals including those carried out in GE Hydro Renewable Hydro Spain, FAGOR Electrodomésticos, S. Coop., Koxka Technologies, General Cable or Bruesa Construcción.
- His experience includes: advising, negotiating and managing all types of reorganization measures and corporate restructuring from a labour approach (collective dismissals, substantial amendment of the working conditions, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and company agreements), representation of clients in legal proceedings before labour and administrative courts and in any labour disputes, advising in merger transactions, corporate restructuring transactions, labour due diligence processes, drafting of senior executives employment contracts and special clauses such as non-compete clauses, shielding clauses and exclusivity clauses.
