Biography
After 10 years spent in technology groups in large UK and US firms in Paris and large firm in Montréal, Julien joined Blue HF Legal in 2010. He acts for major VC funds and local or foreign companies (technology, manufacturing, retail) in their day-to-day corporate and commercial operations as well as their financing and M&A transactions. He has extensive experience in cross-border matters. Julien holds a Master’s degree in law (France), a DESS in technology law (France) and an LL.M. from McGill University.
