A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and holder of a 3rd Cycle in Intellectual Property from the University of Paris II, Julien Grosslerner began his career at TF1 where he held the position of Legal Manager of the Entertainment division until 2007. Subsequently, he will hold the position of Deputy Director of Lansing at SACEM, then Deputy General Counsel of Banijay, Stéphane Courbit’s audiovisual production group. He then joined the American group NBCUniversal to take over the Legal and Distribution Departments for Southern Europe. In 2015, he created his own law firm specializing in Medias/Entertainment before joining Duclos Thorne & Mollet Vieville in 2019. Its team works with SMEs as well as French and international multinationals, especially American, on technical and strategic issues in the fields of copyright, audiovisual regulation, digital law, of the law of advertising as well as in contractual matters. Julien Grosslerner will be in charge of the development of this new practice of Simon Associés on all branches of this sector (audiovisual, music, show, etc.).
