One of the few attorneys in Texas who is Board Certified in both Civil Trial Law and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Julie is an accomplished trial lawyer who has tried numerous lawsuits to verdict in state and federal courts across the country.
Known for her passion, drive and excellent advocacy, Julie has handled matters that range from employment lawsuits of all type, including national class and collective actions, to complex business disputes. Julie also has extensive expertise in and has tried lawsuits to verdict over Title IX, the federal law governing the responsibility of educational institutions regarding sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and sexual assault as it relates to faculty, staff, and students.
