Julie Banville

Julie is a member of the Québec Bar Association since 2005 and a partner in Fasken’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Québec City. She practises primarily in construction law, real estate law and commercial litigation.

She represents a diverse client base that includes directors, shareholders, business executives, syndicates of co-owners, developers and property managers. She regularly appears before courts of all levels as well as specialized tribunals, arbitration tribunals and the Federal Court.

Preventing and resolving disputes is at the core of her approach, which is focused on negotiating and developing strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of her clients.
