Julie is an experienced and personable investigator, crisis manager and litigator who has managed and resolved many complex, sensitive matters for Boards of Directors, General Counsel and senior executives in corporations and nonprofit organizations across the country. She was a highly successful senior labor and employment partner and trial lawyer for many Fortune 500 clients and in 2003 became the General Counsel of a Fortune 1,000 public company with multiple retail brands. In these high performance roles she investigated and managed responses to crisis situations and alleged serious wrongdoing, and provided critical problem-solving and communications solutions in addition to creative litigation management and prevention. In 2014, she taught advanced Business Negotiation at Capital Law School. As General Counsel, she successfully managed a high-profile data theft situation with a customer-based communications approach and novel legal approaches, and many other strategic enterprise projects.
