Julian Waiblinger advises in the fields of copyright law, information technology law, trade mark law, competition law and antitrust law. His main practice areas cover representation in infringement proceedings and advice on copyright contract law. He provides comprehensive advice and guidance on matters concerning the liability of providers and develops strategies against internet piracy. In antitrust law, he advises on issues relating to the prohibition of cartels, the admissibility of license agreements, R&D contracts and distribution agreements. Julian’s clients include international and national companies and associations in the areas of film, sports, games, software as well as publishing houses, web portals, media agencies and companies from the pharma & life science sector. In trade mark law, he also has many years of experience in the registration and enforcement of trade marks and the management of national and international trademark portfolios.
