Julián San Martín Díaz

Julian San Martin is a lawyer with more than ten years of experience in commercial litigation. He has oriented his practice to judicial and arbitration proceedings regarding breach of contractual obligations, debt collection, and bankruptcy proceedings, having participated in various of the most emblematic Concurso Mercantil procedures in Mexico representing debtors and creditors. He has a law degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho (J.D. equivalent), where he also teaches a Civil Law course which is part of the core of the law’s schools program. Additionally he has a Masters in Law degree (LLM equivalent) from the Universidad Panamericana.
