Julián San Martín Díaz

Julián holds a law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho and a Master's Degree in Business Law from Universidad Panamericana. With more than a decade of experience in litigation matters, he has specialized in proceedings related to breach of commercial obligations, loan portfolio recovery, as well as restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, successfully representing both creditors and companies with highly complex insolvency problems.

Throughout more than ten years of professional practice, he has represented public and private companies, as well as high profile individuals, standing out particularly in litigation and arbitration related to contractual breaches, debt collection and bankruptcy proceedings, participating in various insolvency proceedings in Mexico where he has represented both debtors and creditors. Julián's professional achievements have earned him the recognition of Best Lawyers, a ranking that distinguishes him as a leading lawyer in dispute resolution.

On the academic side, Julián is a full professor of the second course of Civil Law "Obligations" at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, a position he has held since 2023.
