Juan Pablo Estrada Michel

Law degree summa cum laude Escuela Libre de Derecho; best thesis dissertation award 2003-2004; LL.M. 2006 Columbia University School of Law, Parker School Award for Achievement in International and Comparative Law. Participated on several defences by the leading telephone and mobile companies since 1999.

Since 2004 he has been an active attorney participating in complex dispute resolution in the field, including regulatory, antitrust, M&A, constitutional, administrative and commercial matters for several clients. Author of several articles and recently published a book on Civil Law, invited by the Supreme Court.
