Juan Pablo del Río Benítez

Founding Partner Born in Mexico City on January 29, 1968; He obtained his law degree (JD) at Universidad Anáhuac in 1992 and postgraduate course on business law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho in 1993-1994.

Mr. Del Rio worked at Creel, García Cuellar & Mügenburg, S.C. for two years, and in Bufete Carrillo Gamboa, S.C. for eighteen years, being partner for such firm for the last nine years.

He has focused his practice in corporate law, commercial Law, financial Law, foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance.Mr. Del Rio is Secretary of the board of Directors of several companies related to his corporate practice, to which advises on corporate governance issues, including companies listed in the Mexican Stock Exchange.

He is a member of the Normative Committee of the Mexican Stock Exchange, of the Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados and the Center for International Legal Studies.
