Describe one of your most interesting or memorable cases in the past year.
The precedent motivates a scalade of similar motions, included another areas of practice, unthinking in origin (i. e. Guns Control Act, Anti Trust etc).
What is most challenging about your area(s) of expertise?
Currently I am trying to make an armonic structure between the International Criminal Law and international tools of investigation and cooperation of blocks of rights with de Civil Law (or Romanic System) under Chilean Constitution.
Were there any particular inspirations (people or events) that spurred your interest in your practice area(s)?
Make a real and technical defense of the people rights.
Today, corporative defense is the challenge, when the legal persons are treated like a human person in bussines, then, they have rights to Due Process too.
