- Mark Ippolito v. County of Bergen
County worker had previously injured back. Worker had a subsequent innocent aggravation of injury turning in bed to turn off alarm clock resulting in denial of subsequent surgery and claim. Case was fully litigated and worker was awarded benefits for initial injury and subsequent surgery, all treatment, temporary disability benefits for lost time and resultant injuries.
- Glenn Steiger v. Borough of Rutherford
Litigated worker's compensation case. Town worker was denied claim stating injuries did not arise out of and in the course of his employment. Motion for medical treatment and temporary disability was litigated with 16 witnesses produced. Judge awarded worker treatment and payment of all medical bills and temporary disability benefits retroactive to the date of accident
