Joshua T. Le is an associate in FBFK Law’s Orange County office. He represents clients in intellectual property, employment, and complex commercial litigation matters, bringing a strategic, results-focused approach to high-stakes disputes.
Joshua’s litigation experience includes matters involving breach of contract, fiduciary duty claims, fraud, unfair competition, and employment law. He also handles employment-related disputes involving wage and hour claims and workplace discrimination.
Before joining FBFK Law, Joshua practiced at LTL Attorneys LLP, where he worked on complex business disputes across a variety of industries. His experience there included a particular focus on founder disputes involving company ownership and control.
Joshua also served as a legal intern with the California Attorney General’s Office, where he contributed to consumer protection and privacy enforcement matters.
Joshua earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. During law school, he served as co-president of the Consumer Advocacy and Protection Society and was a member of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. He was recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Labor and Employment Litigation in 2023.
