Joshua L. Eisenson

Joshua Eisenson is a senior associate in Goodwin’s Technology Companies group. He advises emerging growth companies throughout their entire corporate lifecycle by supporting their commercial, strategic and legal needs from formation to exit. Mr. Eisenson specializes in working closely with founders and management of cutting-edge companies on a diverse range of critical transactions, including seed, venture and growth equity financings, M&A, and corporate governance. His representations range across a variety of industries, including fintech, proptech, healthcare tech, cannabis, beverage, fitness, sports fantasy / gaming, digital media, big data and enterprise software.

Mr. Eisenson also represents venture capital and other strategic investors, advising them on structuring and executing their investment transactions and portfolio dispositions.
