Joshua Koodray

Joshua J. Koodray, a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department, is an experienced land use and zoning attorney who represents property owners, developers, and institutional investors in all aspects of real estate acquisition and development. He focuses his practice on land use, redevelopment, affordable housing, and related litigation. Mr. Koodray regularly appears before planning and zoning boards and courts throughout New Jersey.
