Joshua B. Schwartz is a Philadelphia personal injury attorney and Shareholder at Eisenberg Winkler Jeck Schwartz Schoenhaus & Sherry. For his entire career, over 18 years, Josh has committed his practice to representing plaintiffs in complex wrongful death and catastrophic injury matters. At the firm, Josh primarily handles cases involving medical malpractice, product liability, and other catastrophic personal injury matters.
As a personal injury attorney, Josh has investigated and litigated hundreds of complex cases. His work has resulted in numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for catastrophic injury victims and their families, including groundbreaking results, such as what is believed to be one of the largest medical malpractice settlements in Pennsylvania history, and the settlement in the Boy Scouts of America sexual abuse litigation, which at the time was the largest sexual abuse settlement in U.S. history.
Josh is the past Chair of the Future Leaders Section of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and on the Board of Directors and as an Officer of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, serving as Secretary.
