Josh Bokhaut

Josh’s practice primarily focuses on advising owner operated businesses on tax and corporate matters. As part of that focus, Josh represents many physicians and dentists and their professional corporations. He is experienced in working with clients, their accountants, and other professional advisors on tax planning matters related to purchasing, structuring, and selling businesses as well as tax efficient estate planning.
