Josh Bashioum

Josh works collaboratively with clients to understand their objectives and meet their needs. He gives each transaction the attention it deserves to ensure the client’s interests are protected while moving with speed to get deals done.

Josh focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions. He has experience representing buyers, sellers, and developers in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, and dispositions. His practice also places particular emphasis on representing landlords and tenants in commercial office, industrial, and retail leasing transactions.

Before attending law school, Josh was an operations analyst for a Fortune 500 company in the energy industry where he analyzed and compiled production, marketing, capital, and budgeting forecasts.
