Joseph advises on all areas of property law including acquisitions and disposals, commercial office, industrial and retail leasing, development projects and land subdivisions. He is well regarded for drafting and negotiating complex lease documentation and for handling high-value property transactions.
Joseph led the acquisition of 15-31 Americain Way and 50 Jayco Drive, Dandenong South for Dexus at a combined value of $47.5 million, completed from due diligence through settlement within a tight two-month timeframe. He also acted for Dexus on the acquisition and development of a 127-hectare industrial estate at Ravenhall, Victoria, including complex lease negotiations with major industrial tenants.
