Joseph E. "Joe" Gumina

Joseph E. Gumina is a shareholder with O’Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong & Laing SC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a former chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group and is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and Illinois.

Mr. Gumina represents employers and management in a broad range of labor and employment matters. His work includes traditional labor matters, collective bargaining, labor negotiations, unfair labor practice charges, employment discrimination, wage and hour issues, workplace policies, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.

As a litigator, Mr. Gumina has tried cases before juries in federal and state courts. He also represents clients in appellate matters and has handled labor and employment matters in Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Ohio, New York, and Utah.
