José Suárez specialises in proceedings before the Tax Administration (economic-administrative proceedings, valuations by appraisal experts, tax rulings, etc.) in all tax matters, including self-disclosures. He defends his clients’ rights before the Spanish tax administration (administrative review proceedings) and before the courts at all stages of the proceedings.
