PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

He specializes in tax matters (controversy and non-contentious), developing his professional career as a tax advisor of legal entities, addressing their inquiries, supporting them during tax audits, and elaborating and implementing legal defense strategies to reduce or prevent tax assessments.

ASSOCIATIONS

He is an active member of COPARMEX’ National Tax Committee where he acts as representative of that organization before the Mexican CORPORATE COORDINATING COUNSEL (C.C.E. for its acronym in Spanish), and before BIAC (Business and Industry Advisory Committee) - a dialogue partner of OECD´s Committee on Fiscal Affairs (CFA).

He is an also an active member of ANADE Colegio de Abogados, where he currently serves as Deputy Coordinator of the Tax Law Committee (bienniums 2017-2018 and 2019-2020). During the 2015-2016 biennium, he served as Vice-Coordinator of the Young Lawyers Committee of the same Bar Association.
